GVP Delivery Policy

All products are shipped as soon as possible. For an individual item you can scroll over the Green Truck Icon to give you the average shipping time to Metro regions in NSW. For regional NSW and interstate this time will be longer.

We only charge shipping at our cost and this is checked for each order. If you believe the shipping price is incorrect then please note this in the “Additional Notes” section at the bottom of the Checkout Page. We will contact you if there are going to be shipping charges in addition to what has been calculated on the website. If this is the case then you will have the option of declining the sale and getting a full refund.

We use 4 different courier companies. Which one we use is determined by the postcode that is being delivered to as well as the size and nature of the product being sent.

GVP is able to track all of our orders. So if your order does not arrive within 48 hours of the prescribed shipping time, please contact us at:
