Collect the following information on the bulb or battery before contacting as it is very easy to order the incorrect product and these cannot be returned once ordered.
- Code on side of the bulb/battery
- Type of otoscope or ophthalmoscope the bulb/.battery is in - codes on bottom or side of handle/head.
- Send a photo of the bulb/battery and the equipment
*Shipping time is approximate and could range from 1-2 days up to 1-2 months depending on Welch Allyn production in the USA.
So we always recommend that you keep a spare bulb for each of your otoscope and ophthalmoscope and order a replacement battery when you first notice the charge no longer holding for as long.
