Filamide™ (Nylon) Suture - TGA approved
All our Meril sutures use 400 series Japanese Stainless Steel needles that have the following characteristics. (Most suture companies only use 300 series Stainless Steel.)
- Exceptionally strong
- Resist bending/breaking
- Retain needle point sharpness throughout the use of whole suture length (needles tested with Multi Stroke Technology)
- Each swage is individually tested to ensure secure needle attachment to suture
All our Meril sutures come in Low Memory Trays (LMT) inside the foil packets that allow suture to be removed with minimal memory that enhances handling and reduces suture tangle.
All our Meril suture is Therapeutics Good Administration approved for use in human surgery.(Filapron™ has TGA pending*)
There are very few generic TGA approved suture lines available in Australia, and none that are the high quality of the Meril range at the prices that we offer. This suture will revolutionise the market for our veterinary clients giving a premium product at an affordable price.
Money back guarantee on all our suture. If you are not 100% satisfied we will refund you.
